This is a great Low Fat Tomato Alfredo sauce recipe and it's only 3 grams of fat per serving (makes 4 servings). Great over the Miracle Noodle with either chicken, shrimp, salmon or veggies.

Ingredients
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
2 minced garlic cloves
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1 1/4 cups chicken broth
4 teaspoons flour
4 ounces fat free cream cheese, cubed
3 tablespoons part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Directions
1 Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Sautee garlic 1-2 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook another minute or so.
2 Mix broth and flour in same skillet. Stir in cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of the mozzarella cheese, and the pepper.
3 Cook 2 minutes, stir constantly with wire whisk until it reaches desired consistency.

Enjoy!

Since each bag of noodles has more than one serving, how do I store the extra servings until I am ready to use them?
Should I rinse them all and then store the extras? Should I pan dry the extras and store them? How long will the noodles keep once they have been rinsed and dried (either towel or pan)?

Yes, but I would only do so in a dish like a lasagna or a kugel, not by itself, if you are looking for drying the noodles, we recommend dry roasting which can be found at this link Dry Roasting Shirataki.

My family has MANY food allergies. Where can I find a COMPLETE list of ingredients of the products? I hesitate to list all the allergens because one in particular has close to 200 different forms it can be manufactured into, so I have to scrutinize every ingredient very closely. Thanks!
