I saw the posts to Rinse, Soak, boil noodles, and I tried that but still find the noodles more rubbery than i would prefer.

I boiled the last batch for over 30 mins, and still didn't seem to make them softer.

So far I'm just using the Angel hair, haven't placed another order yet.

Another question i had was drying them, I tried using towels but that was tedious and used too many paper towels (not to mention the white noodles were hard to see against the white paper towels) and I tried using a frying pan, however, I was wondering if there is an easier or quicker method anyone has found.

I really like the noodles, but I haven't quit achieved that "pasta" consistency yet and was curious how soft they can get (or perhaps they never really achieve true pasta consistency?) or am i doing something wrong.
