Prepare noodles and cut to desired length. Cook two cups of fresh or frozen vegetables. The following seem to blend well: peas, carrots, broccoli, and/or red peppers. Melt three lowfat Laughing Cow Babybel cheeses. Add cooked vegetables and melted cheese to noodles. Season to taste with black pepper and lowfat Parmesean cheese.
