Ingredients


  • 1 bag of Fettuccini miracle noodles.
  • 3-4 small pieces of broccoli.
  • ​​1/2 cup fresh baby spinach (5 or 6 flowers).
  • 5 or 6 (21-25 ct per lb Frozen) Shrimp.
  • Tea spoon of dry ginger
  • Amino acids (Bragg's) or soy sauce to taste
  • 2 tsp. of chopped garlic
  • 2 scallion sliced
  • Hot pepper flakes to taste

Method

  1. Follow package instructions prepare Miracle Noodle Fettuccini and set aside.
  2. In a medium sauce pan saute the garlic (do not let brown) and broccoli about 2 minutes then add shrimp and cook until pink.
  3. Add noodles, hot pepper flakes, ginger and toss warming for 2 more minutes.
  4. Plate and top with scallions. Enjoy!!
