diet and you’re looking to add a little more variety we think you’ll
like black shirataki noodles :)
Besides the color (more light brown than black) that makes for
great contrast when mixed with the white, the great advantage to
this shirataki noodle over the others is its ability to hold onto
sauce better than regular angel hair.
It is made of the unrefined Yam Flour from the konnyaku imo
tuber, the same as traditional shirataki and a very small amount of
hijiki (a Japanese sea vegetable) is added.
Susan and Jill on our team mix half black and half white for great
color contrast to make a bicolore pasta mix with Susan’s famous
crushed tomato and chili flake sauce, my mouth is watering just
thinking about it!
