Konjac Glucomannan Flour

17.6oz per bag is pure soluble fiber, no fat, no sugar, no starch, it is also gluten free and wheat free. Just dissolve a teaspoon in water for 5 grams of fiber or use it as a thickening agent like you would use starch!

How to use Konjac Glucomannan flour

Use it as a thickener as you would corn starch, one teaspoon acts more like 10 teaspoons of corn starch.

Add to gravy or soup or cooking sauces as a thickening agent without calories, without carbs, just added soluble fiber which your body needs. The question is why would you ever use corn starch again when you can use Konjac Glucomannan flour and get added fiber without any carb addition.

When baking bread or cookies, add one teaspoon of Konjac Glucomannan flour to 2 cups wheat flour.

Or dissolve in water to use as a fiber supplement.

I am in a special diet program to get me off diabetes medicine. I had your noodles last night and with my wife sauce they were better then expected. Since Rice noodles do not help this really is a blessing

I am very impressed with the noodles. So far I have added them to homemade vegetable soup and used with Marinara sauce, both were great tasting and very filling. I find that I don't want more than a half a package at the most in a day. and I am not as hungry the rest of the day and in the evening. A great product and no problems with the many food allergies that I have.
